Description: The 3 floored house Radi was built in 2003, the apartments on the 2nd and the 3rd floors are for rent. The accommodation located 600 meters far from the city center, however waiting for its guests in a calm street, in a dead end. The house has modern furnished apartments. From the furnished roof-terrace you can overlook the Balaton. In the grassy quadrangle there are child pool (0,8 meters deep, diameter: 3,6 meters), sand box, swing, slide and a basketball-backboard. Full garden furniture set - table, benches, sunbeds - make your resting complete. The 3rd floor is air-conditioned. The 3rd floor is also for rent separated. On the 2nd floor the rooms are for rent also separately. The Balaton is only 800 meters far away from the apartments, you can get there through the flower covered and parked city central. If you are on vacation, you must visit the nice port of Balatonfoldvar, where pleasure boats are heading to other cities around the lake from. The apartments are for rent minimum for 2 nights!

Area information:	Balatonfoldvar is located about in the middle of the southern shore, 15 km west from Siofok, the largest town of the lake. Our little town (population 2300) is one of the most beautiful and ordered place of the southern shore. The city is flowery and covered by parcs - rewarded as "The most flowery city" in 1995. Balatonfoldvar takes pride in having the most beautiful and the biggest port for sail boats of Balaton, where also pleasure boats are heading to other cities around the lake from. From the high bank you can overlook the lake and the Tihany Peninsula. In our city every beach and every parking place is free. Lots of vacation homes, old holiday villas, restaurants, beaches, music festivals and the night life giving the city the atmosphere of a real summer resort.
