There are also views of the 12th century Cathar tower from the living room windows. At the rear of the first floor is located the modern fitted kitchen/diner also with exposed oak beams. The kitchen has every modern convenience you would need, including a large stainless steel range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining table is large enough to seat 6 people (up to 10 if chairs are used from other parts of the house). There are two steps leading up to French doors which lead out on to the courtyard. The courtyard is bright, yet shaded to protect you from the heat of the summer sun. There is further dining space in the courtyard. Moving up to the second floor, there are three double bedrooms and the main family sized bathroom. The bathroom consists of a beautiful free standing bath with floor mounted tap, a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. There is also another separate WC with hand basin on this floor. All three bedrooms have original 19th Century doors, exposed beams, period floor tiles and good sized built in storage.
