Description:
We offer 1 x Double Room (sleeps 2) and 1 x Twin/Family Room (sleeps 2-4) below our detached villa overlooking spectacular Lake Vinuela.
We are in the heart of Beautiful mountain/country scenery yet only 20 minutes drive from the coast of the eastern Costa Del Sol.
Guests have private access via our poolside terrace - no need to come through the main house so you have total freedom to come and go as you please.
Access is via a flight of 19 outside stairs so this accommodation is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
Guests have unlimited use of our private Swimming Pool from dawn to dusk.
Our first room measures 10 square meters and has a firm/orthopaedic Double Bed.
It has an en suite Shower Room, full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with hospitality tray, fridge/mini bar, hairdryer, powerful ceiling fan for Summer ventilation and oil filled radiator for Winter heating.
This room is priced at Euro 35-40 per night.
Our second room is a much larger 23 square meters and has Twin Beds - these can be pushed together to make a King Sized Double if pre-requested.
It has similar facilities to the Double Room plus a Dining Table and 4 chairs.
It can accommodate up to four people by the addition of 2 x single Z Beds.
This room is priced at Euro 35-45 per night and there is a Euro 7.50 per night supplement for a 3rd or 4th person sharing it.
Breakfast is a Continental Tray that is put in your room the night before allowing you to eat as early or as late as you please; it consists of Cereal + carton of Milk, Croissants with Jam + Butter, seasonal fresh Fruit, Yoghourt, Muesli Bar and carton of fresh Fruit Juice; there are Tea + Coffee making facilities in your room.
Breakfast can be either eaten in the comfort of your room or out at one of the tables on the poolside terrace; extra hot + cold Breakfast items available at a small supplenent. If you prefer to book on a ROOM ONLY basis (no breakfast) there is a Euro 5 per night discount.
This is the ideal base for touring fascinating Andalucia, and we will go out of our way to make your stay special.
