Nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with spectacular views. It provides a tranquil retreat in an area of outstanding beauty. Built in 2005, using environment friendly materials and lots of love. It provides a special living space with lots of light and spaciousness. Our Cortijo is self sufficient. Water is supplied from our own well, while electricity is generated by solar power. Our yurt is situated 70 meters away from the house and is unique for its ecological architecture and natural blend within the olive terraces.

Area information: Horses trekking facilities are available near by and may be pre-booked, as can visits to the Alhambra in Granada, 45 mins drive from the house. Nature walks, high altitude treks and other activities can also be arranged locally, please ask us. Lanjaron is well equipped with shops, chemists, banks and numerous bars and restaurants. The bustling Thursday Street Market in the neighbouring town of Orgiva is well worth a visit.
