The apartment is situated in a well placed location accessible to all amenities. The climate in Cyprus has 340 days of sunshine per year making it an all year round resort. Paphos is ideal for exploring numerous historical sites, including World Heritage Tomb of the Kings and the Paphos Mosaics, Nature Reserves, jeep safaris, the divided city of Nicosia, Troodos Mountains where skiing in the winter takes place, on Mount Olympus. Numerous Monasteries to visit. Free wine tasting at village wineries. Akrotiri where the Salt Lakes are, many people visit to see the Flamingos. There are open air Concerts held quite often in the Harbour area, also English speaking films in the Old Town.
We are walking distance to shops, restarants, tavernas, bars, beach, banks and bus stops, taxi are plentiful and very realistically priced. It is not essential to hire a car, although this would be advantageous, should you wish to explore further a field, to some of the delights of Cyprus, with its rural villages and hospitable locals.
