The mill was converted/renovated in 2006 to a high standard and offers modern living in a traditional setting - The Best of Both Worlds!! All apartments have two bedrooms and sleep up to six people. The open plan living area incorporates a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a large bathroom with level access shower, raised toilet with grab rails and wheel under sink. The two bedrooms are both doubles, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The lounge has satellite TV, surround system and all apartments have access to Wifi and/or ADSL High speed broadband internet. The garden has a terrace area, furniture, BBQ's and is ramped down to the river. With a childrens play area the garden offers safety and security. Located in La Roche Derrien, the village offers all usual amenities, plus various walks, the river, two local lakes, we also have tennis, table tennis, etc available. La Roche is ten minutes drive from the spectacular Pink Granite Coast. There are several wheelchair accessible beaches within thirty minutes drive which have beach wheelchairs available. Several towns surround us, Treguier, Paimpol and Lannion all offer great markets, music, entertainment, eating out, etc throughout the year. La Roche has recently been awarded Petite Cite de Caractere and also has several events planned throughout the year including a medieval fayre, the towns annual Fete and Fest Noz, etc.
