Our luxury two bedroom apartment is on the Thalassa View Gardens complex. This is a luxury complex in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Chlorakas, yet it's only a few minutes by car from the main Paphos tourist area.
Our apartment is fully air conditioned and offers free broadband internet access and a Skype phone.
There's a free form pool and a separate kiddie’s pool and a unique amphitheatre where you can sit and sip your wine while watching the spectacular sunsets. However if you do venture out you will find a great selection of restaurants, pubs, bars etc just a few minutes drive away.
Our apartment is on the 1st floor with views to the Mediterranean.
There are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, en-suite facilities and a securely fixed electronic safe.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes.
Remote controlled air conditioning/heating is available in both rooms.
Bathroom 1 is beautifully tiled, with bath and shower facilities, WC, and wash basin.
Bathroom 2 also tastefully tiled, provides en-suite facilities to bedroom 1, with walk in shower, WC and wash basin with vanity unit.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, clothes drier, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen also has its own balcony.
The large Lounge/Diner has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed plus a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, and Satellite TV with DVD player, mini Hi-Fi unit and remote controlled air conditioning/heating.
A computer with free broadband internet access, and a skype phone are available for your use.
A large dining table with seating for 6 is provided should you wish to dine in style.
All rooms lead out to the balcony where there is a full dining table with 6 chairs for your al-fresco meals.
There is allocated undercover car parking on the ground floor beneath the apartment. From there you can take the lift or the stairs to the 1st floor.
The apartment is professionally maintained by a local management company who are available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.

Chlorakas is just a 7 minute drive from the main Paphos tourist area where there are plenty of restaurants and bars.<br><br>Coral Bay with its spectacular beaches are just 10-15 minutes away. <br><br>Golf, there are 3 great courses all within 20-30 minutes drive of our apartment. <br><br>
Tsada golf course is 15km to the north of Paphos, Secret Valley golf course is 18km to the east of Paphos. <br><br>The spectacular new Aphrodite Hills golf course is 20km to the east. <br><br>
Skiing<br>
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains in January to March and is only an hours drive away. <br><br>
Diving<br>
Cyprus has several diving centres, with Cydive near Paphos harbour being the longest established and best known of the diving schools. <br><br>
Other Areas of Interest
Fishing and boat trips, sailing, go-karting, horse riding, winery trips and walking are among the many other sports catered for.<br><br>
There are also plenty of sights to see around Paphos. Paphos fort and harbour attract visitors all year round. It's quayside is lined with restaurants, tavernas, and cafes.<br><br>
Paphos bird & animal park is just 12km away and has a vast collection of exotic birds and animals.<br><br>
The ancient Tombs of the Kings are just 5 minutes from the apartment and date back to 4th century BC.<br><br>
The Paphos mosaics can be found close to Paphos fort and date from the 3rd-5th Century AD.<br><br>
Cyprus is also home to the oldest known wine in the world - Commandaria. Cyprus may not be well known for it's wines, but they are generally very good, and there are many wineries in the Paphos region that welcome visitors for tours and tastings.
