Master bedroom (King sized bed) with en-suite and furnished balcony. I double bedroom. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. 3 bath come shower rooms (1 with large Jacuzzi bath and 4 person sauna).
The Kitchen is fully fitted with all usual electrical appliances to include dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven, fridgefreezeer etc. The villa has central heating and air conditioning.
The villa has marble throughout, including all outside balconies and underground private car park. Marble sinks and work tops throughout the villa, and private swimming pool. Sports lovers can exercise to their hearts content in the gym and afterwards relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi. Shuttle bus is provided to take residents to Mahmutlar Beach and surrounding areas.
Holiday Village
The Holiday Village consists of 2 large swimming pools 800 sqm & 400 sqm respectively, with water slides & numerous water features. Other features include secluded garden areas, mini amphitheatre and Tennis Court. You will not have to worry about children getting lost as the village is surrounded by a solid stone wall covered with railing on top. There is also 24 hour security. Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged at a reasonable cost, also car hire, can be arranged if needed at very reasonable rates. |

A breakage deposit of 150 Euro is required (this breakage deposit may be refunded when leaving the villa, following inspection) to be paid with the remainder of the rent 6 weeks before arriving at the Villa. Change over day: Saturday evening is preferred, but other days may be arranged to suit.

The large popular resort centre of Alanya lies at one end of a rocky promontory which juts out into the Mediterranean between two long sandy beaches. Alanya is a beautiful holiday resort of modern hotels, numerous fish restaurants and cafes, bars as well as large European supermarkets and wholesale stores. There is also the old town which is a maze of meandering streets and alleyways tempting shoppers with their colourful boutiques and stalls. As well as its cultural and historical sights, Alanya has unbeatable beach life too. Beautiful sandy Cleopatra Beach lies to the west of the resort while the fine sands of Alanya Kekybut beach stretch to the east.
