The villa forms part of a small and exclusive development behind the St George Hotel and is within walking distance of the coast road where there is a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The centre of Paphos Town is a 5 minute drive and Coral Bay is within 10 minutes. There are 3 Golf courses all approximately 30 minutes away. Paphos Airport is also about 30 minutes by car and costs about ?25 by taxi. There are 2 beaches close by which have safe bathing and other amenities such as beach bar and sea sports.
