Description:
The apartment is located in a small fishing village in the south-east of Spain. It is minutes away from the promenade, harbour and beach of Villaricos (2nd line). It is in a small development consisting of 24 apartments surrounding a swimming pool and patio area which has a security gate and entry phone. The approach is from the road and there are steps from the road up onto the patio and pool area - the apartment is situated on this level. We regret that this apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or families with small children. Pets are not allowed. Linen: sheets and towels provided (not beach towels). A welcome pack is provided.1 double and 1 single bedroom (sofabed in lounge): - large double with 5ft bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. Smaller room with 4ft bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with drawers. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Lounge - large lounge-diner with fans and views to patio and pool area. Serving hatch through to the kitchen. There is an electric radiator and fire for those chilly evenings. TV which receives some free-to-air english channels, DVD (you are welcome to use our DVDs left in the apartment). The Kitchen - equipped with electric cooker (4 rings), full-size fridge-freezer, washing machine.Bathroom - bath with shower, large handbasin with well-lit mirror, point for razor, toilet and bidet. |
