A fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home which leads to a utility room with the washer & dryer. All 3 bedrooms are west facing and overlook the port & beaches. The double bedroom is en-suite with a bath & shower over. There are two further twin bedrooms and another bathroom.
Relax on the sunloungers on the terrace with a glass of Rioja and enjoy the superb sea views, or enjoy a meal on the table that seats 6.
In the gardens, there are 4 swimming pools, one of which is heated. Sun loungers are provided around the pool. Also take advantage of the sauna & gym which is available to all guests.

The apartment is situated next to the beaches and the marina at Duquesa. The port of Duquesa has a wide selection of bars & restaurants, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Tai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
Near to the apartment is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean. More of europes finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.
