Description:
Casa Jerel with its brand new roof benefits from high ceilings in the light and airy bedrooms. Centrally located in the village but away from passing traffic Casa Jerel offers a wonderful base for discovering the many beautiful towns, villages and countryside that Andalucia has to offer.
The house looks over the village to mountains and from the private covered terrace views extend to the countryside, olive groves and the village. The private sun terrace has a table and 4 chairs for al-fresco meals and comfortable folding furniture is provided for relaxation. There is also a small patio, without the views, below the sun terrace which is another place to sit and relax. The warm summer evenings allow you to enjoy long hours outside so lighting is provided on both the terrace and the patio.
If you want to get out and about on your holiday then you have chosen the perfect place! Villanueva del Trabuco is close to motorways and fast roads to Antequera, Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba as well as a wealth of lesser known hidden treasures.
Casa Jerel benefits from the outside spaces mentioned but it also has good interior facilities. Entering the house you are in the lounge with its two sofas, coffee tables, television, DVD player and radio- cassette player. A selection of books and games are provided. The kitchen is modern with a full cooker, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron, a table and chairs for 4 as well as numerous cupboards. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and it has a bath, overhead shower, bidet and toilet.
From the area outside the kitchen stairs ascend to the utility area with a washing machine, clothes drying facilities and storage of the garden furniture. A further short flight of stairs leads to the door to the patio and the terrace.
The bedrooms are located upstairs and are reached via the staircase in the lounge. The front bedroom has two single beds, a large chest of drawers, mirror and clothes hanging space. The views are a joy to wake up to! The other two bedrooms are connected but each has its own single bed, bedside table and light and chest of drawers. The first and slightly larger bedroom has a double wardrobe. The windows of these two bedrooms look onto the utility area which has a Perspex roof allowing plenty of natural light to enter.
The large village swimming pool (July + August), shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. |
