This lovely two bedroom / 2 bathroom air con, ground floor apartment (4 people maximum) has been furnished to a very high standard, with co-ordinated furniture, furnishings and fixtures throughout. Our apartment consists of a through lounge / dining area, with lounge and dining seating for 4 people, with two double patio doors leading out onto a shaded patio and garden area, complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. The lounge area also has colour TV, DVD and music system, and is equipped with a selection of DVD�s, books, board games, maps and plenty of information sheets on the local area. Instead you will find a quality area, mainly with private villa�s and apartments, beautiful pines and dune backed beaches fronting expensive private villas and good value, high quality restaurants and eating places. Calahonda is in the middle of the �Costa del Golf� and for the golfers amongst you there are more than 30 golf course within easy reach � one just ten minutes walk away, two more a five minutes car drive away. This is the home of the world famous Valderrama and Sotogrande, of La Cala, Marbella Club, Cabopino and Miraflores Golf Clubs.
