This privately-owned apartment is situated in a pleasant residential area of Nice and perfectly placed for access to the city centre, beaches and airport.
On the first floor overlooking beautiful private gardens, it has lift access, private parking and there is a concierge. A bus stops directly outside for the 10 minute ride to the city centre.
An 8 minute walk down through the gardens brings you to the local shops and beach, and it is a further 30 minute walk along the Promenade des Anglais to the city centre; alternatively you can take a bus, either to the centre or head west towards Cannes and Antibes etc.
The A8 motorway is a 10 minute drive away, giving easy access to the whole region.

This spacious and bright apartment is well furnished and decorated. The double bedroom has ample storage and is air conditioned; French windows open onto a balcony.
The 23'x23' lounge has two very comfortable double sofa beds and a dining area; 2 French windows open onto the sun terrace with its sun loungers and breakfast table.
The bathroom has a power shower over the bath, wash basin and bidet. There is unlimited hot water.

The sun terrace overlooks the lovely gardens and is perfect for breakfast or for star gazing on balmy evenings. All windows and terraces have roll-down shutters and electric sun blinds.

The climate of the Cote d'Azur means that you will find the sun virtually all year round:
winter is mild and often sunny and is the most quiet period. Spring and Autumn are beautiful seasons with flowers everywhere in full bloom.
Summer is of course the time for sun bathing and the nightlife in the towns is buzzing.
The coast is alive with the famous resorts such as Nice, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes and so on, while inland lie the stunning perched villages such as St Paul de Vence, Peillon, Gourdon, Tourettes and many more.
In the winter months, there are ski resorts just over an hour away by car and others can be reached by rail from the Chemin de Fer from Nice .
On the beautiful Baie des Anges and with a backdrop of the Alpes Maritimes, Nice is not only a beautiful city itself, but is part of a region of limitless interest. It is a city of art , music, drama, restaurants and nightlife and features the daily flower market in the old town.
Nice Carnival takes place over two days in February with processions, fireworks, confetti battles and masked balls.
The Jazz Festival in August attracts world famous musicians (eg Van Morrison, Wilson Pickett, Jamiroquai, Joss Stone etc etc) and in July there is the International Festival of Folk Traditions.
After enjoying the flower market in the Cours Saleya over breakfast, return for dinner when the restaurants take over and the street performers are out in force.
The other famous Cote d'Azur resorts - Cannes, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Monaco etc are in easy reach by car or public transport. The perched villages and Alpes Maritimes and some ski resorts are within an hour's drive.
