The villa is situated in a quiet location but is within a few minutes walk to the town centre and beach.
Pernera is just short walk from the villa, here you will find plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants or you can visit one of three beaches all with safe bathing and water sports.
Protaras is within easy walking distance from the villa, it is a seaside resort with some of Cyprus�s most beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay and it is a good choice for families and couples with lots of entertainment and a good selection of restaurants, bars and tavernas.
Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive away and is always full of life with plenty to see and do.
