This new 2 bedroom villa is found in a quiet part of the village yet only 800 yards to the beach. The villa comprises of 2 floors: ground floor with lounge, kitchen/ W.C./washroom. First floor with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room, bathroom, with full size bath and overhead shower, east and south facing balcony with sea and mountain views. To the outside, a decked area at the rear of the property for the late afternoon sun, a level tiled terrace on the south and east sides, garden, car parking area and of course the 8m x 4m swimming pool for your sole use.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Should your stay overlap into different price bands, the period of stay will be charged pro rata.
Deposit 25%. All prices include electricity. Air conditioning. Heating. Once a week maid service. Towels and linen excluding beach towels.
Changeover day
1st June to 31st August arrival after 4pm on Saturdays only. Depart prior to 10am. All other dates you may arrive on any day of the week, after 4pm.
Booking notes
Please contact us for your BOOKING FORM. Deposits are 25% of the total booking, which secures your booking, are required within 7 days. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before depature.
The full amount is required if the booking is within one month of arrival.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
All rooms with fitted wardrobes, drawers, cabinets and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: First floor bathroom with WC, hand basin, full height shower and bath. Fully tiled.
Ground floor WC, hand basin. Fully tiled.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with a wide range of units and worktops.
4 ring hob, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery and utensils. French doors leading onto the pool terrace.
Living Rooms: Good size bright room with fireplace, French doors. TV, DVD player, large leather sofa, coffee table. Air conditioning.
Other: Store room for your suitcases etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The maid service is once a week - usually prior to your arrival. Towels (bath and hand), bed linen provided.
Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning/warm air units throughout. Ceramic tiles are fitted throughout the villa, including the balcony, and pool terrace. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Kalathos, on the north west edge of Lindos.

Coast/Beach
kalathos beach, a 20 min walk with variety of bars and restaurants. Large beach in a bay with mountains and cliffs on 3 sides. St Pauls Bay 3 miles, 8 mins drive (bus 1 euro) large white sand beach, beautiful setting, found directly below the Acropolis of Lindos , but never in its shadow. Beach/snack bar. Great snorkeling. Weddings daily at the chapel next to beach. Lindos Bay 3 miles, 8 mins drive (bus 1 euro), large curving white sand beach with restaurants and bars, numerous sun beds/parasols.
Golf
Golfers may want a 'holiday round' at Afandou Golf Club some 20 mins drive away. The bus will take you there from Lindos for 4.50 euros. The 18 hole course is adjacent to the beach and is a slightly undulating links 'style' course.
Special interest holidays
Water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, golf, cycling (bikes & cars for hire in Lindos Sq), Hill Walking, Go Karting, Golf, Crazy golf, Historical Visits to Rhodes Town and its Old Walled City. There are great views towards Turkey from the top of the wall which is an easy circular walk. Rhodes Centre has many fashion ware, shoe, fine jewelers and design houses offering high quality products at low prices compared to the UK.
Travel
The nearest airport is Rhodes International some 29 miles from the villa a 40 min drive or 1 hour bus journey from Rhodes costing 5.00 euros. All the major car hire companies - Avis, Budget, Hertz, Europcar are at the airport and are book able online.
