Proximity of the International airport, Split International Airport is 8km away. Villa Irena is only minutes away from the nearest sandy beach, about 250m. Villa Irena is not located between the air corridor where airplanes are lending and taking off.
Culture and entertainment
Trogir, the city of culture and history is 2km away (abundance of entertainment and cultural activities offered). Trogir summer theater, museums, cinemas, discos, bars just to mention a few.
Pleasant climate
The presence of the Mediterranean climate with the average yearly temp. of 17 Celsius, during summer periods (June-September) from 25-40 Celsius, sea temp of 20-25 Celsius.
Gastronomy
Characteristic of Dalmatian coastal cuisine is its digestibility and simple preparation the fabulous taste of fish, meat or other cooked dishes lies right in that. The grilling and roasting fish and delicacies of the sea in this region has been carried on generation to generation, whereby the proper grilling technique often depends on wood or wood briquettes chosen to do the grilling.
