'Villa Luci' is detached and all on one level and is one of the nearest to the lake. From the verandah are the most spectacular views across to Mount Maroma standing at 2,068 metres, being the highest in the area. The villa sleeps 6 and is fully equipped. It has its own private 8m x 4m pool with panoramic views all around.
From the lake we have the Sierras of Alhama, Tejada and Amijara. We also have the Alcazar Nature Reserve, a breathtaking pine forest that the Forestry Commission preserves for all to enjoy. Within the park there are amenities to camp and picinic, with miles of forestry tracks to walk and explore. Here you are likely to see a great variety of wildlife, eagles, deer and wild boar etc.
Explore the nearby villages and discover their local charm, and sample their local wine and food at the local bars and countryside restaurants is a must.
In the small and large supermarkets of the nearby towns and villages you will find the finest fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and shellfish, together with the loca wines and olive oil for which the region is famous. The nearest village is Los Romanes being 10 minutes away with good restaurants, bars and supermarket.
There is also a large shopping mall some 5 miles distant.
The villa consists of an entrance hall, three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers. This room has an en suite with bath/shower, bidet etc.
The two remaining bedrooms are twins, they also have double fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. There is also a shower room.
The Lounge is light an airy with a log burner and air conditioning. Three piece suite, sideboard, coffee table. Satelite T.V/DVD player.
From the Lounge is the dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen overlooks the lake and is fully fitted with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
The verandah has a wooden table and chairs for dining out and a wooden three piece suite with two occasional tables.
On the patio at pool level there are sun loungers and and parasol, a BBQ is also provided.
This is the real Spain... A beautiful rural setting, and yet only some 7 miles (11 kms) inland from the coastal resort of Torre Del Mar, famous for its fish restaurants and offering one of the finest promenades and beaches on the Costa del Sol.
Other nearby attractions are the town of Nerja with its famous caves and Balcon de Europe.
A Water Park - 15 minutes away.
Golf - 20 minutes
Horse riding close by
Less than 2 hours away is the famous Alhambra Palace at Granada.
Gibraltar makes an interesting day out along with Marbella, Porta Banus and Cadiz.
