Please note: That flexible terms of change over of booking is subject to availability and advanced notice of 7 days from the day of booking, all bookings are subject to 30% deposit paid in advance by using Pay pal or bank transfer, Bookings which are made late or do not meet the 21 days should be made in full, any cancellation must be made with in 7 days of the booking otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. Booking cancellations will occur 3.5% surcharge of Pay pal & Bank Charges if applicable. All booking payments must be made in full within 21 days before your arrival, holiday booking agreement will be issued at the time of bookings. A deposit is required on your check in of £200.00 which is refundable back to you on your departure subject to no damage to the contents or the property, any extra rental must be paid in advance direct. Please note Rental rates per night is £35 Week Days & £40 Weekends. Internet service is provided , at present we do not supply Laptop or PC.
Swimming pool is not in building they are more than 2 communal pools near by, Smoking is only allowed in balcony area for health issue and the interest of other renters, Meeting point of arrival and departure is at the apartment. deposit payment can be accepted in Local MAD / Euro / Sterling. Any rent or extra rent payment will only be accepted in Sterling or Euro local currency is not accepted. |
