Description: Villa on the Fuerteventura Golf Course, home of the Canaries Open in 2004. The villa has been furnished to the highest standard and being in the front row of La Colina has great views out to the Atlantic and over to the Golf Course. The property is within a gated garden area making it very safe for young children. Guests have use of the large communal pool area which has sun loungers, WC, showers and a separate child�s pool. The beach, bars, restaurants and large Atlantico Shopping Centre are a 15 minute walk away, or you can use the free courtesy coach service which runs throughout the day (except for the afternoon siesta period!) which runs from the 5* Golf Hotel/Clubhouse which is only five minutes walk away. The property can sleep up to 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant and has cable TV via satellite and a Playstation 2. The villa is ideal from both family and golf holidays or just great for those that want to get away and enjoy the sunny climate! Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and balcony with views out to sea and over golf course. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and large rear balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet, large marble unit with hand basin, mirror and shaving point. Ground floor bathroom with small bath/shower, WC and mirror. Kitchen: Tastefully fitted with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine etc. Granite worktops and all necessary utensils. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board with window to side. Large outside airer fitted to rear of this room. Storage for inflatables etc. Living Rooms: Large lounge/diner with satellite TV (over 70 channels). CD player, Playstation 2 which can be used to play DVDs (selection of games/DVDs and CD at house). Leather sofas and patio doors leading to large terrace area. Other: All rooms have black out curtains fitted to keep the rooms cool during the day and also allow you to have a lay in! English speaking management team available 24/7. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All bedlinen and bath towels are provided. We ask all guests to bring their own beach towels. We have a travel cot at the property. Maid service is on weekly basis (additional cleans are available at extra cost - payable locally).
