Description:
The cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated in traditional rustic style with lots of attention to detail.
There is a patio for outside dining with gas BBQ.
The cottage is part of the 200 year old Cortijo Los Lobos farm and is set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens and olive trees.
With horses in picturesque paddocks and Mexican style stables.
The private 8 x 4 m pool is heated for all year round use and has spectacular 360 degree mountain views and a large sun terrace.
Town of Villanueva del Trabuco 5 mins drive. Families are very welcome and children love to help with the animals.
A haven for birdwatchers, mountain bikers, horse riders, walkers, climbers, photographers and painters, the scenery really is second to none.
Our many repeat bookings and recommendations reflect the enjoyment and satisfaction of our guests.
Ideally situated for visiting all the main tourist attractions, quiet and away from it all, yet with easy access to major motorways.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, can be made up as 2 singles.
Bedroom 2 with 2 singles can be kingsize on mezanine floor with spiral staircase, not suitable for very small children or the elderly.
We can add an extra bed or cot if required.
Shower room with WC and sink.
Cooker, fridge, microwave, iron, clothes airer and washing machine.
Living/dining area has 2 sofas, log burner, DVD with large selection of DVDs to borrow free of charge, plus table and chairs.
All towels (except beach towels) and linen is included and changed weekly.
If you require any clean items during your stay, just ask. The cottage is cleaned to a high standard for your arrival.
The cottage is a haven for holiday makers requiring a relaxing holiday.
We believe the views are some of the best you will find in spain.
There is horse riding available on site but we are not a riding school and if horses are not your thing then don't worry, they don't detract from the beauty of the surroundings.
If children like horses, we can even offer parents the chance to go off exploring leaving their children to take part in a horse activity day here at the farm. Babysitting is also available.
It is a wonderful place for children, who often like to give a hand with the animals.
Couples of all ages also enjoy the peace and quiet.
We provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay but if there is anything you require please ask. |

The village of Villanueva del Trabuco with its many restaurants is a 5 min drive. There is a lovely restaurant in a converted water mill a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful towns of Archidona and Antequerra are nearby. Granada 40 mins. Cordoba 90 mins. Seville 2 hours.
There are 2 bars and restaurants plus a small supermarket approx 2kms from the cottage and the village has a very good choice of banks, shops and restaurants. Other activites such as scuba diving or boat safaris to see dolphins can be arranged. The town is typically Spanish and has numerous fiestas throughout the year where you can witness the Spanish culture first hand, with the beautiful horses and women in fiesta dresses.
