The villa is a bungalow with various outside patios furnished with tables and chairs ideal for enjoying the fresh air and outside dining - also a secluded swimming pool (dimensions 8x4 metres, depths 0.80 – 2 metres) surrounded by lawns and private parking for one vehicle. Two bedrooms have twin beds, one has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen, living room with dining table that seats 8, sofa bed, 2 easy chairs, satellite TV and DVD player.
By the pool is a barbeque area, and the large grassed area provides ample space for children to play. At a short distance are a variety of restaurants or the “Algarve Shopping” mall at Guia and Albufeira town centre are both approximately 6 km away
