On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan area. This contains the kitchen with: sink, gas hob, microwave, george foreman grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils glasses etc. The ground floor has a sitting area with settee, chairs and coffee table. These convert into beds if required. There is a ceiling fan and also an air conditioning unit. The access door to the patio has an insect net. The patio has a table and 6 chairs. There is a mini hifi with radio and CD player.
On the first floor there is a double room with: bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets. There is an air conditioning unit and floor standing fan. There is an access door to the verandah. On this floor there is a shower room with sink and wc.
On the second floor there is a twin room with: 2 single beds, bedside cabinets and air conditioning unit, also a floor standing fan. There is a door to one of the upper verandahs. There is an upper sitting room with floor cushions, desk and chair, television and DVD player. There is a door to the upper verandah. There is a separate shower room with sink and wc.

The villa is in the town of Guzelcamli away from the hustle and bustle of Kusadasi, with a more Turkish feel about it.
The nearest beach is sandy and good for swimming, being gently shelving its especially good for children. There are two sandy beaches in the nearby Dilek National Park and another two pebbly beachs that are good for swimming and snorkelling.
The villa is on a small compound with a communal swimming pool. The town of Guzelcamli is a good base for those who like walking, cycling, bird watching and snorkeling. The house is 5 minutes drive from the centre of the small town which has Internet cafes, grocery stores, several restaurants and a gym. Cars and jeeps can be hired all year round. There is a grocery store, restaurant, bakery and petrol station within easy walking distance of the villa. Hiring a car from an arrival airport (Izmir or Bodrum) is recommended. Guests may like to take advantage of the wonderful archaeological and biblical sites in the vicinity such as Ephesus, Priene, Miletus and to have easy access to shopping in Kusadasi and Soke. Coach trips can be arranged from travel agents in Guzelcamli. A Property Management Company manages the Villa from nearby Kusadasi. They will ensure the Villa is always well maintained and that your holiday is an enjoyable one.
